The Mighty Kitchen is proud to announce its sponsorship of the newly established ABC Basketball Team in Paphos, Cyprus. The initiative marks a key moment in the brand’s commitment to youth development, community support, and positive impact through sport.

Founded just this year, ABC Basketball has already enrolled over 150 students across its categories. With a strong focus on mentorship, discipline, and inclusivity, the team’s coaches act as role models for young athletes—encouraging both physical development and lifelong values. This season, ABC will also compete in Cyprus’ Men’s Division B2, broadening its reach across age groups and competitive levels.

The Mighty Kitchen’s sponsorship helped fund the team’s initial startup costs, with a major contribution going toward official uniforms. The company’s logo is prominently displayed at the center of every game jersey, providing valuable visibility among players, families, and the wider local community.

“We’re not just a food company—we’re here to nourish growth in every sense,” said George Vou, CEO at The Mighty Kitchen. “Supporting grassroots organisations like ABC aligns with our mission to champion better choices and stronger communities.”

While the sponsorship began as a one-off collaboration, The Mighty Kitchen’s branding will remain on the team’s uniforms for the 2025–2026 season, and further co-branded community activations are in discussion. The partnership also opens up opportunities to introduce TMK’s Mediterranean-inspired plant-based products to an audience that values both performance and purpose.

“This support has allowed us to expand into new divisions and provide access to more youth in Paphos,” said Panagiotis Polemitis, ABC Basketball Coach. “The Mighty Kitchen believed in us from the start, and we’re excited to grow together.”

With growing interest from families, coaches, and athletes, ABC is emerging as a cornerstone of youth sport in Paphos—and The Mighty Kitchen is proud to play a role in its journey.
