I’m an engineer and a problem solver. Animals are my friends!
I started with this inner motivation to improve my everyday cooking routine and select better food in the process. Then I started looking at the issue through a macro lense, which led me to focus on trying to improve our entire faulty food system.

I’m an entrepreneur with a passion for positive change.
When I dropped meat from my diet, I missed certain textures so I started thinking ‘how can we make that?’ So we did. This is a space that has only been improved on incrementally over the last hundred years or so, but we’re accelerating so much now.

Being a food chemist I tend to focus my attention on making food safer.
The alternative protein space is fascinating to me because meat production in general has so much room for improvement. This feels like a good place to start.

Science has taught me a lot over the years!
One of those things is how engineering and material chemistry can be applied to create foods optimally. Having worked in academic research for a while, I felt like the timing was right to use my skill set in industry to work towards the benefit of our planet.

I’m a self-driven, highly motivated operator who passionately loves creation and food.
Over the years I gained a lot of experience in the QSR industry and as a taste driven flexitarian, I knew as soon as I met the team that this was my new home and the challenge I was looking for.

Being a foodie really helps me to grow my love for Mighty.
Pushing a product as such in the market makes me proud as we could innovate the menus of the restaurants and help them provide a bigger variety of choices for any type of taste pallet. I gain my motivation from working with an ambitious and creative team.

I have an analytical mindset and a passion for sustainability. 

My focus is on operations relating to stock management and order fulfilment across markets. The alt-protein space is so exciting, I couldn’t think of a better industry to be adding value to!
