The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the growth of The Mighty Kitchen, internationally.

We’re looking for someone who is ready to jump in at the deep end and help us grow our brand. A doer and a solution seeker, an innovator and a pragmatist. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing efforts that promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement

What you'll do in this role :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and overall website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve ROI and lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
  • Lead email marketing strategy, including campaign setup, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimise strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, paid search (PPC), display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Optimise campaigns based on performance insights and KPI achievement, focusing on increasing brand awareness, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Manage external digital marketing partners, agencies, content creators and contractors to produce high-quality, optimised content for blog posts, social media, and the company website.
What we are looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years or more experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or strategic role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) design.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar platforms are a plus.
  • Understanding FMCG and having worked with physical and digital products is a plus.
