How to cook

Tastiest when defrosted for 10 minutes prior to hitting the sauté pan. Add a splash of olive oil and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Add the seasoning of your choice. Done!

Product Story

This is the product we created first. We felt that the flexibility of a great tasting, versatile chick*n product was needed in the plant based world. It’s really easy to add flavour to and works in almost any meal.

Inspiration origin: We make some delicious meals with bulgur wheat, orzo pasta and tomato soaked runner beans in this corner of the Mediterranean. The idea was to create something to work in many of our cultural favourites....but then also have an adaptability to other region's dishes.
