Preparation

  1. Deep fry for 3 minutes (depending on oil temp +- 160 °C degrees) or until golden. - Core temp to be 75 °C degrees.
  2. Place cooked nuggets on a holding tray and rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Retain hot at 60 °C for up to 4 hours.


Assemble

  1. Add nuggets in a bowl and cover in TMK Teriyaki glaze
  2. Place 3 nuggets in readymade bao bun and top with roasted sesame
  3. Add in toppings of choice.
  4. Serve immediately.
