Preparation
- Deep fry for 3 minutes (depending on oil temp +- 160 °C degrees) or until golden. - Core temp to be 75 °C degrees.
- Place cooked nuggets on a holding tray and rest for 5 minutes.
- Retain hot at 60 °C for up to 4 hours.
Assemble
- Add nuggets in a bowl and cover in TMK Teriyaki glaze
- Place 3 nuggets in readymade bao bun and top with roasted sesame
- Add in toppings of choice.
- Serve immediately.
