Preparation

  1. What's better than a quick, easy and greek meal? This Gyros is definitely the best option after a long day!
  2. Pan fry the Mighty Chick*n Strips for 5-6 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl mix the vegan mayo, cucumber, lemon juice, olive olive oil, dill and garlic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. In a pan heat up your pitta, once is ready add a bit of the tzatziki, topped with chick*n gyros, and toppings of your preference.
  5. Roll and enjoy

    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 pita bread
    • 300g Mighty Chick*n Gyros
    • 1 tomato cut in slices
    • 1 red onion cut in slices
    • 3 lettuce leaves finely cut in slices
    • 1 tbsp homemade vegan tzatziki

    For vegan tzatziki

    • 1 shredded cucumber
    • 3s vegan mayo
    • 1bs olive oil
    • 2tbs lemon juice
    • 1bs fresh dill and garlic
    • Salt and pepper to taste
