Preparation


  1. Prepare Tenders (we should show them ready made)
  2. Prepare the sauce - heat up olive and saute onions and garlic. Mix in sugar and thyme.
  3. Mix in the napolitana sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. In a baking pan, lined with baking paper. spread the sauce, cover with the mozzarella cheese and top up with parmesan, and bake them for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh basil
