For the Gyros pita
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp black pepper , freshly ground
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 tsp Vegan Mayo
- 1tsp garlic powder
- 2tsp dry mint
- Fresh baby rocket
- Pinza bun
