Preparation

  1. Set up the teppanyaki BBQ for all preparations
  2. Show: Cut the Strips Bag with Scissors
  3. Show: Turn the teppanyaki on and drop the strips
  4. Show: drizzle with olive oil and grill, turning frequently
  5. Show: when done place in a bowl and put aside
  6. Show: Cut the Gyros Bag with Scissors
  7. Show: Turn the teppanyaki on and drop the strips

  11. zatziki ingredients in a bowl and mix well - set aside
  12. Show: Combine the m**balls and about 1/2 cup BBQ sauce in a bowl, tossing to coat.
  13. Show: With gloves on, pass the glazed meatballs through the skewers.
  14. Show: Place on the teppanyaki and grill until lightly charred and cooked through, turning them occasionally throughout cooking, about 10 to 12 minutes total.

To Serve

  1. Show: the cooked strips next to all the ingredients
  2. Show: cut the cyprus pita length wise
  3. Show: spoon in the tahini
  4. Show: add in the mixed salad
  5. Show: add in the strips and drizzle with lemon juice
  6. Show: place on a plate with a flag
  7. Show: the cooked gyros next to all the ingredients
  8. Show: cut the pinza lengthwise - half to create a pocket
  9. Show: spoon in the sauce
  10. Show: add in the gyros and top with rocket
  11. Show: place on a plate with a flag
  12. Show: place the skewers on the greek pita with cucumber, onions, microleaves and drizzle with spicy mayo - lemon thin slices

Alternative serve for meatballs

  1. Show: Grill the jalapeño until lightly charred,
  2. Show: then give it a rough chop and toss with the corn, cilantro, basil, chives, lime juice, lemon juice, and vinegar. Season with salt then toss with the feta.
  3. Show: Place the pinza on a wood serving block
  4. Show: Top with salsa
  5. Show: top with m**balls with the salsa
  6. Show: Place next to the serving plate a bowl with whipped avocado, and fresh herbs all on the side.
